STEP 1: INTAKE SESSION
During this session we dive into an in depth health and wellness questionnaire which allows me to put together the full picture of your current health status. We will discuss everything from your current sleep habits, to the foods you fill your plate with, to what your day to day life looks like, as well as your current menstrual cycle symptoms and complaints. This helps me to take a very bio individual approach to understanding your unique set of symptoms, as well as your health goals, so we can dive into the 3 month program with a clear roadmap to get you to healing.
Your initial investment includes:
60-90 minute zoom session where we will dive into an in depth health and wellness questionnaire. I will be asking you questions about your current lifestyle to get to know you and understand where the root of your hormonal imbalances lie.
Evaluation of 5 day food journal. Prior to our first session, you will fill out a 5 day food journal for me to review. This allows me to see the timing of your meals, which foods you fill your plate with, and how these foods make you feel, so I can help you make sustainable nutritional shifts to best suit your health goals.
Map out health goals. We will then discuss your health goals, and get crystal clear on what you are hoping to achieve.
Implement morning routine protocol. In my practice, the way you start your day is one of the most crucial foundations for creating hormonal harmony. We will take a look at the way you currently begin your day, and restructure it in a way that will help get you closer to your health goals and will aim to take stress off of the body. We will review how this routine works for you during our next session.
STEP 2: YOUR 3 MONTH PROGRAM
After we complete your initial intake, the healing process begins. I take a very bio individual approach to guidingyou, by taking into account every aspect of your unique life and helping you implement sustainable and manageable shifts that help foster balanced hormones and healing within your body. During these 3 months together, we will cover topics to help you learn about how your body works, as well as how the menstrual cycle works.
We break down fad diets and implement real, bio available nourishment for your body, and bring joy back into the kitchen. We will continually work to reduce stress levels within the body so your body can feel safe and secure again, helping to bring hormones back into balance. This program aims to help you bring full wellbeing back into your body by reestablishing the foundations of health; internal and external stress reduction, quality sleep, and real nourishment.
Your program investment includes:
Six 35-45 minute bi weekly sessions (2 sessions per month)
A check in form to fill out at the halfway point so I am able to track your progress, and make nutritional and lifestyle adjustments for you as we move along.
Discussion and education on a new topic each session for you to better understand your body, menstrual cycle, and foster a lifestyle that promotes balanced hormones.
Email support between sessions, you can email me as often as you need for additional support and guidance.
Follow up email after each session which will include informational guides, PDFs, and review notes of everything we discussed during our session, so you have a record of your protocols and information to return to at any time.
And included in each program will be:
Basal body temperature tracking education, where you will learn how to chart your cycle and we will then evaluate your chart to determine your metabolic health, luteal phase health and progesterone levels. You will also learn how to determine ovulation each cycle and how to predict when your period will arrive.
Pulse and temperature evaluation, to take a deeper look into the current state of your thyroid health - which plays a big role in the overall balance of hormones and menstrual cycle health.
Guidance on meals and eating for hormone health, so you feel confident in creating balanced, nourishing meals that support blood sugar balance and provide the building blocks for hormone health. No restriction, diets, or eliminating here.
Menstrual phase awareness education, so you fully understand the hormonal and energetic shifts that occur as you move from one phase to the next, and how to best care for yourself as you move through these phases.
Guidance on creating a toxin free home environment, to support liver and thyroid health, so your hormone health can flourish and continue to balance out.
Ongoing support and evaluation of lifestyle, including nutrition, stressors, sleep hygiene, how you exercise, and more. These factors all play a role in the entire state of the endocrine system, and can help or hinder us in our healing journey. We evaluate and create protocols to best suit your lifestyle to begin to see positive results as you move through your cycle.
